Each month, all Board of Adjustment and Land Use Control Board applications that are filed with the Land Use and Development Services Department will be posted on this website. If you would like to receive email notification of these monthly updates, please email Brett Ragsdale. Only new cases will be posted on the pending applications pages; please contact the staff planner (see the related information section of the Land Use and Development Services page for contact information) for applications of held cases.

Also, beginning June 2015, DPD will participate on Nextdoor to send notification of these applications to all Memphis and Shelby County residents registered on that website. You can sign onto Nextdoor. A memorandum has been prepared to introduce Nextdoor participants to the land use process that explains the Board of Adjustment, Land Use Control Board, applications submitted to these boards and the Division of Planning and Development's role.
